  Vision Statement
The Rector and Vestry of St. Luke’s are pleased to announce that on the eve of the feast of All Saints Day 2009, the Vestry voted unanimously to adopt the vision statement that was presented by the Vision Discernment Team. With hearty thanks to the Vision Discernment Team and its co-chairs, Lauren Luik and Dave Tremblay, the Vestry wishes to formally announce to the parish our assent that God is calling this parish to:

Honor God’s Presence, Celebrate Christ’s Love, and Serve God’s People.

We seek to:
Honor God’s presence
through joyful, reverent worship that builds upon our traditions
Celebrate Christ’s love
by nurturing all generations through fellowship, education, and discipleship

Serve God’s people,
near and far, with loving action and generosity

More will follow in the days ahead as we seek to understand this vision and respond to God’s call to us.

St. Luke's is Hiring
Job Opening: Pastoral Assistant — seeking an ordained Episcopal Priest to share in the pastoral ministry of this parish.

Job Opening: Director of Youth Ministry — seeking a lay or ordained person with a passion for youth to lead and grow our youth groups and assist our youth in growing closer to Christ.

We seek two persons for staff positions with some combination of the following skills and experience:
1. Someone with a passion for youth to lead our middle school and high school youth groups. Training and experience in youth ministry a real plus.
2. Someone to assist with the pastoral care and to share in the sacramental ministry of this parish.
3. Someone with strong administrative skills to assist the rector in this budding program-sized parish with organizational oversight.

We do not expect to find all three of these in the same person.
