Special Assistant, Jonathan Freeman
Jonathan is a lifelong Episcopalian. He was confirmed at St. Luke’s with Anne Koehler as his mentor. Jon works at St. Luke’s two hours each week as a special assistant, working with Vieva Grenier on administrative items and with Betsy LaVela on Sunday School activities. In addition, Jon volunteers as an usher and an acolyte. He also works each year in the kitchen on the Senior Luncheon and the Auction. Jon participates in a bowling league and loves sports, especially football. He loves music (especially Elton John), movies, and travelling, particularly to see churches and cathedrals. His favorite is The National Cathedral in Washington, DC, and he has been to London and Munich and has seen the churches and cathedrals in those cities. He is a huge history buff – just ask him about a president, any president.
